Public record: Warrior Trading also settled with the FTC in 2024 for approximately $3 million in consumer refunds over allegations of misleading income claims (FTC Act Section 5). The pattern of exaggerated income claims and cherry-picked testimonials cited in the settlement is the model, not the exception. Tim Sykes’ Millionaire Challenge is sold as a “Lifetime” bundle for $30,000. Reality: actual access caps at 3 years of active participation, after which no new products are included.
