Strong Stock Trading L.L.C. (“SST,” “we,” “us”) operates the SST Alpha Engine platform at strongstocktrading.com (the “Service”). This policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use the Service, visit our website, subscribe to our newsletter, or interact with our content.
Account Information. When you register, we collect your full name, email address, and a hashed version of your password. We never store plaintext passwords. We also record the plan tier you select and the timestamp of your Terms of Service acceptance.
Payment Information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or bank account details. We store only your Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, and subscription status for billing management.
Newsletter & Waitlist. If you join our waitlist or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and the timestamp of your submission. Newsletter subscribers are enrolled in automated email sequences (drip campaigns) that deliver educational and promotional content over time. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Technical & Usage Data. We automatically collect IP addresses, login timestamps, and page-view data to operate the Service, enforce rate limits, and detect unauthorized access. IP addresses collected during waitlist signups and registration are used solely for rate limiting and are not shared with third parties.
Referral Data. If you arrive via a referral link, we store a first-party cookie (sst_ref) containing the referral code. This links your registration to the referring user for our affiliate program. No browsing history is tracked.
Broker Credentials. SST never stores your brokerage username or password. All broker connections (e.g., Interactive Brokers) use API-based authentication on your local machine. Your broker credentials never pass through our servers.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers, solely to operate the Service:

Essential Cookies (First-Party). We use session cookies to maintain your login state. These are strictly necessary to operate the Service. They are set with HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax flags. Session cookies expire after 7 days of inactivity.
Referral Cookie (First-Party). If you arrive via a referral link, we set a sst_ref cookie containing only the referral code. This cookie is used solely to credit the referring user and is not used for behavioral tracking.
Google Ads Conversion Tracking. On our post-purchase confirmation page only, we load a Google Ads conversion tag (gtag.js) to measure whether our advertising leads to subscriptions. This tag fires a single conversion event containing no personally identifiable information. It does not track you across our site or build a browsing profile. You can opt out of Google Ads personalization at adssettings.google.com.
No Other Tracking. We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or any other third-party tracking, retargeting, or behavioral advertising technology anywhere else on our site.

Every marketing and automated email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are honored within 24 hours. We never sell or share your email address with other marketers.
