Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: March 17, 2026 — Strong Stock Trading L.L.C.

1. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

• Stripe Customer Portal — Access from your Billing page
• Email — Contact us at PaulS@strongstocktrading.com

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until then.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Within 30 days of initial purchase: Full refund, no questions asked
• After 30 days: No partial-month refunds are issued. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Annual subscriptions: Prorated refund available within the first 30 days based on months used

3. Downgrades

You may downgrade your plan (e.g., Pro to Premium) at any time. The change takes effect at the next billing cycle. Any credit from the price difference is applied to your next invoice by Stripe.

4. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, no charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial.

5. Disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
