SST Alpha Engine (the "Software") is the exclusive proprietary property of Strong Stock Trading L.L.C. ("Company"). The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by the Company.
The following are trademarks of Strong Stock Trading L.L.C.:
Without prior written consent of the Company, you may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit the Software; modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; create derivative works; sublicense or transfer the Software; or remove any proprietary notices.
The Software contains trade secrets and confidential information including trading strategies, AI learning algorithms, indicator configurations, scanner criteria, and the Brains artificial intelligence engine. Unauthorized disclosure of any confidential information is strictly prohibited.
Access, Not Ownership. A subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the hosted Service for the duration of your active paid subscription. You do not acquire any ownership interest in the Software.
Account Termination. The Company may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal.
Service Availability. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform scheduled maintenance at any time.
Research Tool Disclaimer. The Service is a research and analysis tool. It is not a registered investment adviser and does not provide investment advice. Signals, scores, analytics, and scanner results are informational only. Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.
No Reverse Engineering of Signals. Users may not reverse-engineer, scrape, data-mine, or attempt to reconstruct the Brains scoring algorithms, SuperNova Indicator criteria, genome parameters, or any other proprietary signal logic delivered through the Service.
Trading stocks, penny stocks, options, and other securities involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The Software is a tool to assist with trading decisions and does not guarantee profits. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses. By using the Service, you agree not to:
Broker Credentials. SST never stores your broker username or password. Broker authentication uses OAuth or token-based methods provided by each broker's API.
Payment Processing. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. The Company never sees or stores your credit card number.
Data Encryption. Trading data and account information are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols.
No Data Sales. The Company does not sell, rent, or share your personal information or trading data with third parties.
Data Retention. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period after cancellation for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe customer portal. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued after the 30-day window.
Downgrades. You may downgrade your plan at any time. The change takes effect at the next billing cycle, and any credit is applied to your next invoice.
THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL STRONG STOCK TRADING L.L.C. BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR TRADING LOSSES) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE OR SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
THE COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
